2. What information can you share on the website?
The website has no membership, account or sign-in. The only place on the website where you can send us information is the project form. The form consists of the following fields:
- Full name (required)
- Email (required)
- Subject (selected from a list)
- Message (required)
The form also contains an empty control field, invisible to visitors, used to identify automated spam submissions; this field does not collect information from you. Apart from the form, you can also contact us directly using the email address or telephone number shown on the website.
3. How do we use your information?
We use the information you send through the form or directly to assess your request, respond to you and, if your request concerns a project or collaboration, to conduct the preliminary discussion process. No newsletter subscription, marketing permission or membership information is collected through the website.
4. Analytics, advertising and tracking
The website’s code contains no analytics, advertising, remarketing or social media tracking tools. The links to our social media accounts and to Google Maps are not embedded content on the website; they are only links that open in a new tab. 5. Third-party infrastructure used
- Netlify, Inc.: hosting of the website and receipt and storage of the information sent through the project form (Netlify Forms).
- Google Fonts: loading of the fonts used on the website. In doing so, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google.
These services may be provided through servers located outside Türkiye. Details are set out in section 5 of the KVKK Privacy Notice.
6. Data minimisation
The form asks only for the information we need to respond to your request; information such as telephone number, address or Turkish identity number is not requested in the form. Please do not write personal information that is not needed for your request in the message field — in particular special categories of personal data such as health, religion or ethnic origin.
7. Security
We act on the principle of limiting access to personal data to authorised persons and of taking appropriate technical and organisational measures in line with Article 12 of the KVKK. The form uses a control field designed to identify automated spam submissions. Nevertheless, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely free of risk.
8. Retention
The information you send is retained for the period required for the purpose of assessing and responding to your request and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; when these periods end, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
